Responsible AI Use

Upspire Labs. Effective October 2026.

We use AI tools to move faster on research, strategy, code, and imagery. These terms explain which tools we use, where they fit in a project, and the rules we hold ourselves to when client work is involved.

Where we use AI

• Gemini for broad market research and comparison data.
• Claude for strategic thinking, creative ideation, and planning.
• Claude Code for code snippets and complex web or product animations.
• Flora for image generation, product reference, and animation.

Human review

A person is involved in every AI interaction. No deliverable is sent to a client before a person at Upspire Labs has reviewed it. We do not use automations to produce or send client deliverables.

Confidential information

We do not put confidential client material into an AI tool without abstracting it first. Abstraction means removing names, product details, and unreleased specifics, so nothing in what we enter identifies you or your technology.

Accounts and data settings

We work on paid accounts only. We do not use free tiers. We configure the privacy settings on each account so that our conversations are not used to train models.

Ownership

You own every deliverable from the sprint, including work where AI tools assisted. Your website is hosted on your own Webflow account.

Opting out

Clients can request that we not use AI on their project. Tell us, and we will work without it.

Confidentiality agreements

We sign an NDA whenever a client requests one.

Changes to these terms

Our tools and practices will change. We update these terms when they do, and the version on this page is the current one.
